Fess to employers are determined by our partner ATR Fegan Ltd. This company is involved in all employer relationships. ILS Ltd provides full pastoral care services, including training in Indonesia and NZ.
ILS covers the statutory costs involved to get Indonesian government permits for the workers to be employed overseas, and to have the labour agreements approved by the Indonesian Embassy in Wellington.
ILS fees are included in the fees paid to ATR Fegan.
