The employee agrees:
* To carry out all lawful requests during the term of employment as outlined in the contract.
* To act responsibly and work diligently.
* To obey all NZ laws and visa conditions,
* To immediately notify the employer of any serious dispute and to remain for the term of the contract.
ILS agrees:
* To provide the worker with appropriate pastoral care during the period specified in the contract.
* To use our best endeavours to resolve any dispute fairly for all parties and with alacrity.
